Private Buyouts
Occasionally the right answer is the entire club and nobody else in it.
Some occasions do not work with other people in the building. A confidential client group. A leadership gathering where the discussion is genuinely sensitive. A celebration where the host wants the whole evening shaped around one guest list and nothing else.
Exclusive use answers all three.
What a buyout changes
The obvious benefit is privacy. The less obvious one is control of the evening's rhythm. With the whole club, a group can spread out, move between rooms, and let the night find its own pace without competing for space or adjusting to anyone else's timing.
It also allows the hospitality to be tuned to one group rather than balanced across several.
When it is worth it
A buyout is the right call when discretion is a requirement rather than a preference, when the guest list is large enough to want more than one room, or when the occasion is significant enough that the setting should feel entirely dedicated to it.
For most gatherings, a private suite is sufficient and more sensible. We will say so.
How we approach it
An exclusive-use evening is planned in conversation rather than selected from a package. The starting questions are what the occasion is for, who is attending, and what the evening should feel like at its best moment. The arrangements follow from that.
What we can confirm now
Enclave is not yet open in East Cobb, and buyout availability, capacities, and pricing have not been finalized. We are not publishing terms we cannot yet honor.
